MVM Partner Energy Trading Ltd. has been looking for the most energy-intelligent representatives of the sector among domestic SMEs within the framework of a tender. Awards has been given to the winners on a conference related to the tender.

Mrs. Németh, national development minister, patron of the event emphasized that for the sustainability of domestic development requires more than arbitrary actions of the government. All companies with energy-intelligent activities largely contribute to the shaping of approaches. According to Mr. Csaba Baji, chief executive officer of MVM Partner Ltd. companies should look for innovative solutions on a continuous basis.

In medium-sized company category, the winner was Centrum Jászapáti Trading and Service Ltd., that besides using renewable energy sources benefited from the heat generated during the incineration of wastes and also applied insulation on different surfaces. Added to this, they took steps towards energy awareness by using static condensers and by developing their equipment.

In SME category, the winner was Uniotech Packaging Technology Ltd., as in 2011, they decided to build up a cost effective, A+ category, modern office building and hall. Their expenditures on energy have decreased noticeably thanks to the use of automatic blinds, solar panels, heat shield films and inverter air conditioners and additionally, they also introduced environmentally conscious measures in their corporate culture.

Among micro enterprises, category winner was Bicskei Oroszlán Patika Limited Partnership. This undertaking has reduced their energy consumption by applying energy-efficient light sources and motion sensors, heat recovery ventilation system, insulation and solar network-recharging system.
