The machine produces air cushion bags from preperforated and sealed film tube for space-filling purposes.

The film is threaded into the machine and forwarded by a rubber roller. Inside the machine, a compressor blows air into the center-folded film, which is used to produce the bags. The film is sealed twice. First sealing is at the point where the air goes in and the other one is at the end of the bag. The result is a sealed bag, containing air. The length of the product can be adjusted on the machine, at reaching this value the machine stops.
