• Horizontal strappers move the frame vertically, and the strapper head is pushed out on a 500mm way until it reaches the freight. The strap is held aligned by a silicone or aluminium leading frame. More strapping positions can be programmed for one pallet.The size of the frame can be adjusted to the size of the pallets

• Vertical strappers are made in two designs: with side and top strapper heads. Side-headed strappers can be equipped with fix or moving head. Top-headed strapping machines can be even ordered with freight moulder.The strapping positions of the vertical strappers is also programmable.

• Our special purpose automatic strappers are produced for the unique requirements of the production industry.

There automatic bundlers/strappers to strap tile or panelling bundles. In addition, we offer special machines to strap roll stock goods by PP or PET straps (wire or plate rolls) from any directions. They can also be connected in series like palletisers.

All projects are handled individually, so the ordered product is 100% tailored to the needs of the user.

The strap head assembly construction makes it possible to remove the head during repair or maintenance and by getting a spare head, the head-exchange can be executed within 5-10 minutes of stop time.

All strapping heads are designed for low maintenance requirements, complete assembly. Regarded selaing method, either friction welding or hot-sealing design is available
