The new production hall, service centre and office building of UNIOTECH LTD. to be opened soon will be designed and constructed taking into account all the environmental friendly and energy efficiency principles. The details:

– above the newest building regulations, walls were given extra insulation
– reduction of heat exposition of walls and windows as well as shading are ensured by the placement of automated blinds on the outer windows
-this allows less use of the inverter split and multi-split air- conditioners
-condensing boiler and heating system extended by a wood gasification unit will be installed, so we will be able to use firing methods other than gas
– rainwater reuse for flushing of toilets and cleaning
– large, network- recharging solar panels o the roof will ensure our electricity demand, during holidays we can produce electricity even for others!
– illuminating windows are designed to best benefit from natural daylight
– inner arrangement of the warehouse allows for natural ventilation, so we can avoid using the ventilation system to recirculate the air
